What's Available, What's Coming Up, Nov. 19th

I have my new 2 5/8" Horsehide/Genuine Linen strops ready along with all of my paddle choices AND my long awaited Box Strops. My Synthetic Vegan Friendy models are all available again too.

At this point my Apprentice Strops are unavailable and I am probably not going to run them again this year. My apologies, but it is all I can do to keep up with sales of my red Latigo Artisans right now.

The last day for Christmas orders will be Dec. 17th and I will be closed from Dec. 19th through Jan. 5th 2009. The last day for international Christmas orders will be Dec. 1st. to allow for shipping time.

Life moves on at its own pace guided by powers greater than our own. Priorities and plans can change at any moment so we should enjoy each day for what it is.

Thanks for looking at my strop products. This is a small, part time business for me and all of my products are made or finished here by hand, by me, as time permits. I'm not a big business with a storefront or staff so please bear with me if I or my products are not always available.

All of my strops are designed, cut and finished by hand individually by me. Canvas and Linen components are all cut, punched and finished by me as well. The wooden blanks for my paddles and the leather handles are the only pieces, other than metal hardware, not made by me, but are instead produced by my Amish craftsman friends to my designs, and assembled here by me. This hands on approach is how I insure the quality of my products. I work at whatever pace produces the best product, not the greatest availability. In order to do this I must limit which products are produced each week and not every item will be available at one time. Each week I will make and offer a few different models for sale and then rotate my offerings each week or two to accommodate your needs. At times I will be closed completely in order to make up more stock. With this approach it may take a little longer to get what you need but I think you will find it worth the wait.

INTERNATIONAL and USA Shipping Information

For USA ORDERS I accept Paypal directly through my website link or credit cards via phone after completing the online ordering process. Shipping is by Priority Mail and usually runs $6.50 to $10.00. I typically ship only two days a week.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, my checkout system does not accept non-USA addresses so please e-mail me with your wants and include your PAYPAL e-mail address so I can send an invoice with your total costs. I ship only via Priority Mail International Insured. Typical shipping costs for a single strop to the UK, Europe or Australia runs $27.00 (Canada $19.00), several larger strops together run $32.00 (Canada $22.00). Customs duties and taxes may also apply in your country. My current schedule only allows me to ship International orders approximately once every two weeks.

My next International ship date is Monday, November 24th.

The last international shipping day for products to arrive by Christmas is Monday, Dec. 1st.
