My original Practice Strops are back again with a new twist. These are made from my fine Steerhide. Really nice stropping leather with a great surface and all the workmanship of my finest strops on a simple no frills design perfect for a beginner to learn on.....except they may have small cosmetic flaws like ink stains, pencil marks, etc... from handling and that is why they are meant for practice and not sold as first quality strops.
This Steerhide strop measures 2" x 19" and comes with a thong and bead hanger to hook over your doorknob or towel rack so you don't even need a strop hook to get started. It is a single component strop from my fine Steerhide that has been specially finished to give a nice medium draw. It is buttery smooth and needs no breaking in.
Offered as an upgrade/option with any of my Heirloom Strops. Just add it to your order from the drop down menu on any of my other strop listings.
